play in research on vocational education dropouts? Since 2007, vocational schools have held work experience for some students, but there are still gaps in its implementation. It has been suggested to use NEST results as a measuring tool for vocational education dropouts. All states are required to prepare such reports and standardize their implementation. But what is the fate of such recommendations once they are made? Do they help students who go on to drop out to stay in school? While these recommendations help students by indicating that if they continue their education, they could earn a living, they will not necessarily be able to make a career in an occupation that suits them. But, when state governments fail to implement recommendations and the issue is raised again by another committee, the recommendations have to be taken back. The government needs to assist in improving the quality of the programs. How can government encourage young people to be technologically literate? The government has put in place policies and programs to motivate young people to be technologically literate. The government needs to establish centers where ICT for learning is taught. These centers should be accessible to the people. Where have you come from? I am from Plateau State. I did not finish secondary school. I left the school for another course in another school.
