Make sure you are not overthinking. If you are unclear, or if you have a confusing or ambiguous answer, then make sure to discuss it. Ask questions. 3. Ask more open-ended questions. If you want to clarify your answer, don’t say, “I think so.” Say something along the lines of, “Tell me more,” or “Tell me more about that.” If you need to clarify a question, start by saying, “I am not sure about the question.” 4. Do not get rattled. If you get rattled, put a face mask on! 5. Don’t rush. Take deep breaths and use a calming strategy to refocus your attention. 6. Stick to the schedule. Can parents and teachers provide effective support for digital learning?
A new study of U.S. students found that half of the children in the sixth grade had difficulty understanding digital media instruction. It was based on responses to a questionnaire designed to measure the ability to use digital media and a battery of tests designed to measure intelligence. To evaluate the use of technology among children, researchers asked two questions: whether schools offered technology use and curriculum support, and whether parents supported their child’s use of technology. Forty-three percent of schools and 66% of parents had offered technology use to children. Despite parents having to deal with issues such as finding a place to charge their devices and poor connectivity, they were not engaged in helping their children use technology, according to their own report.
